FUN RHYME SERIES 24: SA MGA TURISTANG MULA SA TSINA– MALIGAYANG PAG-DATING SA AMING ISLA!

[There is a soaring feeling of highest expectation when by next year, the throngs of CHINESE tourists begin  “INVADING” the Philippines as it would truly boost economic growth comprehending even all aspects of INCLUSIVITY.  This will surely ensue with the lifting of the previous TRAVEL ADVISORY BAN by the Chinese government against travel to the Philippines by CHINESE TOURISTS. Retail shops will have a mammoth wave of  BIG SPENDERS, as in fact in an article published in the AMERICAN JOURNAL OF TOURISM MANAGEMENT, Chinese tourists were dubbed as “WALKING WALLETS” with so much oozing proclivity to shop and spend.  Photo of a table at RIGHT shows that CHINESE TOURISTS are deemed as the NUMBER ONE  TOURISM SPENDERS. Local eateries known in the Philippines as TURO-TURO and CARINDERIA will have their own heyday too, as the sheer number of tourists arrivals will surely  be not accommodated in those formal and elegant dining shops. Also, pricing of food in those local eateries are very much enticingly cheap. Hotels will have a business boom catalyzing thereby the construction of more lodging accommodations.    Thus, a lot of construction workers will surely be employed. Photo of the map of CHINA at LEFT shows the 3 main centers-emitters of CHINESE TOURISTS namely: BEIJING, SHANGHAI and GUANGDONG which lie on the EASTERN border of  CHINA mainland and  nearest to the PHILIPPINES. On top of the foregoing, the AGRICULTURAL SECTOR of our country will similarly be benefited particularly those in the FRUIT TRADE such as bananas and mangoes which were virtually banned for importation from the PHILIPPINES by the Chinese government. Thus with the lifting of this IMPORT BAN, if at least each CHINESE of major age (roughly about 700,000,000 MILLION mouths as 60 % of the population in CHINA is of major age) would gobble up just ONE (1) BANANA per day, that would be 700,000,000 MILLION banana consumers PER DAY…WOW!  TRULY, THIS PHENOMENON WILL SURELY BOOST THE PHILIPPINE ECONOMY INTO EPIC PROPORTIONS UNDER THE STEWARDSHIP OF PRES. RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE.]

Parating na sa ating ISLA, mga turistang mula sa TSINA;

Swak— lagapak ang angaw-angaw na pagpasok nila,

Ekonomiya nati’y mistulang bubusina—

Para bagang BAGONG-TAON, kasi nga’y wala nang sisindihang mitsa!

 

Kaya’t kahit na magkaroon sa Jan. 1, ng FIRECRACKER BAN,

Mistulang parang palagi’y NEW YEAR’S EVE naman;

Dahil animo’y dumadagundong ang pagputok,

GDP nati’y sisikad nang pataas, parang kwitis na umuusok!

 

Alam na po baga ninyo, batay sa survey’t  mga  dato,

Mga turistang TSINO’y naging number ONE;

Sa kahulihan-hulihang pong tala ng W.T.O*,

Gumastos po ng US $ 102 Bilyon nung pasado  2  0  ONE  ONE!

Hindi maselan at walang kasupladuhan tila;

Kaya pati sa mga TURO-TURO’t KARINDERIA,

Tsi-tsibog, eenka—nang buong kasiya-siya!

 

Noong nakaraang taong 2015 po naman,

Alam na po ba ninyo kung gaano at ilan;

Mga TSINONG lumabas at masayang namasyal,

One hundred million po…WOW, tunay na sosyal!

 

Ang tawag nga po sa mga TURISTANG TSINO,

Batay  sa American Journal of Tourism Management** po ito;

Mga “walking wallets” na mahilig mag-shopping no END!

Mga MALL closing hours dito sure na ma-SU-SUSPEND.

 

 

At ang major emitters ng TOURISTS sa TSINA,

Sa BEIJING, sa SHANGHAI at GUANGDONG—tatlo po sila;

Lahat ay nalulugar sa EASTERN side ng TSINA,

Malapit na malapit sa ating bansa pong talaga.

 

Ang lugar ng PILIPINAS ay clearly strategic,

Bilang tourist destination na lubos na SCENIC;

Ang lapit po ng TSINA sa ating bansang hayahay,

Darating ang mga TSINO ng halos ay sabay-sabay!

 

Batay pa sa isang tala sa nasabing JOURNAL***,

“Over 400 Million Chinese tourists”– ang syang dadatal;

Dahil sa bansang PINAS, 20 % ay TSINOYS,

FAMILY REUNIONs sa PASKO’y  papatok—dadagsa pati ang mga TIKOYs!

 

Batay din sa tala at sa pag-ninilay,

Ang unang motibasyon sa mga TSINONG namamasyal;

Mga TSINO na gustong bibisitahin ang kampon,

Syempre sa malapit sila paroroon…
