Attorney BOB is a dedicated and committed official of the LRA…

‘Tis the LAND REGISTRATION AUTHORITY, since he joined in 2003;

He started his career in LRA as Chief of the Law DIVISION – –

And he went up the bureaucratic ladder,  until his present esteemed POSITION!

As Deputy Administrator, he had such a  unique OPPORTUNITY…

To serve at the LRA from August 2016 to June 2017, as ADMINISTRATOR OIC;

He’s a walking law book on matters pertaining to LANDS and TITLING – –

And those top brass in the LRA would seek his KEN when they’re GAWKING!

Prior to Sir BOB’s stint in the government SERVICE…

He was much honed in extensive private PRACTICE;

‘Twas in the field of land titling from 1994 to 2002 – –

Which really put his skills and talent to an office which needed it TOO!

 

Sir BOB is a proud product of public EDUCATION…

When he graduated both in elementary and secondary ,  was First Honorable MENTION;

He earned his AB Political Science from U.S.T. as a working SCHOLAR – –

Snatched a Juris Doctor degree, from ATENEO Law, again as a university SCHOLAR!

 

In recognition of his competence in public service and  GOVERNANCE…

Sir BOB was conferred by the President with the rank of CESO II, the second highest, among RANKS;

With his stellar expertise in the field of land titling and REGISTRATION – –

He’s one among the most sought after lecturer  in Mandatory Continuing Legal EDUCATION!
