I suggest that you do play BADMINTON,

It is just like picking some kind of a STONE;

It will rid you of kidney STONES,

And make for your sturdy and healthy BONES!

Makes for nice and quick LOCOMOTION,

Don’t be TRULY misled by some lazy NOTION!

It will make you sad and LONELY…

Cause if your belly goes GARGANTUAN,

You’ll TRULY be sorry not just for ONCE!

 

Diet and exercise for a healthy life

 

 

Blood sugar can easily and QUICKLY EBB,

Just exercise REGULARLY and do a PLEDGE;

Do some kind of exercise DAILY not just WEEKLY,

Even CALISTHENICS or DANCE, will help skip an early MORTUARY!

 

 

RUN-EXERCISE 

 

THIRTY MINUTES  or even LESS,

Your perspiration will SURELY just CARESS;

If you HAVE  fair or even dark SKIN,

You’ll feel as though you’ve been crowned like a KING!

 

 

Cause those ENDORPHINS will make you JOYFUL,

It will make you feel great and not feel AWFUL;

A badminton court IN EVERY PLACE is just so NEAR,

And getting sick is so very VERY DEAR!

Most seniors kasi, are prone to hate EXERCISE…

But in HEALTHY LIVING, let’s all be PRECISE;

If you do away with some kind of EXERCISING,

You ailments and ills will be MULTIPLYING!
