[No other President in my memory has rocked the MINING INDUSTRY in the Philippines as what has happened now under President DU30’s administration. In my naivete and incomprehension of the ins and outs of the MINING INDUSTRY, I could only hazard the guess that it would seem that the MINING INDUSTRY is perhaps deemed to be before, as in the realm of the UNTOUCHABLES as those behind these mining ventures are the ELITE and the AFFLUENT. But, the stewardship shown by Pres. DU30 in giving all-out support to Sec. Gina Lopez’ initiatives to purge the MINING INDUSTRY of errant and kinky mining firms has provided a monumental boost to that call for more ENVIRONMENTAL-FRIENDLY legislation and a stop to the degradation and ruin of our own natural resources.]
Mula noong ako’y naging TAO1,
Dito sa bansa nating PAMBATO2;
Aba marami na rin namang PANGULO…

Ibig sabihin lang nyan, Pangulo’y matapang at MAKABAYAN,

5 – GAGA is a Tagalog term which means FOOLISH. The term is used here as an abbreviation of the Tagalog word ALIGAGA, which means RESTLESS or UNEASY.
6 – The business operations of a lot of MINING COMPANIES were ordered suspended by DENR Secretary Gina Lopez. Talks were circulating around to the effect that Pres. DU30 will countermand the suspension order issued by Sec. Lopez.
7 – In one of Pres. DU30’s speeches, in contrast to the talks about Pres. DU30 withdrawing his support unto Sec. Lopez, it turned out that Pres. DU30 gave his all out support to Sec. Lopez and even threatened that if Sec. Lopez’ appointment will not be confirmed by the Commission on Appointments, he will close down all MINING COMPANIES in the country.
8 – Secretary of Finance Carlos Dominguez who is also involved as investor in the MINING INDUSTRY railed against Sec. Lopez’ order which suspended the business operations of several MINING COMPANIES. When Pres. DU30 stepped in and showed his all-out support unto Sec. Lopez, all the railing against her appointment seemed to have died down.
9 – It was a true mark of Pres. DU30’s concern for the ENVIRONMENT as well as his brand of NATIONALISM which all the more got highlighted when he showed his all-out support unto Sec. Lopez. A seeming statement of NO RETREAT, NO SURRENDER in support of the ENVIRONMENT as well as to stave off the further degradation and ruin wrought by errant MINING COMPANIES in our country’s NATURAL RESOURCES and ECOLOGICAL BALANCE.
10 – LAGUNA LAKE refers to the LAGUNA DE BAY which has been invaded and as though captured by wealthy and mighty personalities who have fenced off almost the whole extent of it to detriment of the daily-earning FISHERFOLKS of the Rizal, Laguna , and Metro-Manila areas.
11- TOTO is an abbreviation of the Tagalog word TOTOO which means TRUE.
12 – It is reported that the FISH PEN owners in the Laguna de Bay area are RAKING in much money in their FISH CULTURE business-ventures.
13 – FISHERS would refer to the FISHERFOLKS in the Rizal, Laguna and Metro-Manila areas which defend on FISHING as their principal source of livelihood.
14 – BONANZA would refer to the maximized opportunity for the FISHERFOLKS of the Rizal, Laguna and Metro-Manila areas to fish in the whole of the Laguna de Bay area following the dismantling of the FISH PENS therein. No other president has advocated this drastic move for fear perhaps of infuriating the wealthy and the mighty among those FISH PEN owners.
15 – NASUPLONG is a Tagalog term which means HAVING BEEN ACCUSED OF.
16 – MASASALANG is a Tagalog term which means sort of being placed in the HOT SEAT.
